About

Hello World!

My name is Teo Mrnjavac [TAY-o MUR-nya-vats] and I am a software developer and instructor from Trieste, Italy.

I hold a MSc in computer science from the University of Trieste, Italy, and I have been a Google Summer of Code student three times.

I am one of the authors of the Amarok music player, and also Tomahawk, the hot new thing in the online music industry.

I am a member of the KDE community, and I take care of KDE’s student programs including Google Summer of Code, Google Code-in and Season of KDE, as an administrator. Currently I’m contracted by Blue Systems to work on improving certain aspects of the user experience for KDE SC and Tomahawk users, as well as designing and developing Calamares, a distribution independent installer framework.

Take a look at the list of projects I have contributed to, and the list of higher education level courses I have taught throughout the region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia over the past several years.
